It is a rare pleasure to be so impressed with service that one feels compelled to write the company to
express one’s satisfaction. I wish to compliment High Mark Heating & Cooling for the excellent service
Timmy provided. While we have used High Mark in the past, Timmy’s work ethic and knowledge are so
superior it warranted a letter. I hope High Mark will extend to Timmy our compliments and complete
satisfaction with the work he did on our fireplace. It is running better than it has ever run. His attention to
detail has enabled the flame to be higher and stronger, something we had requested before, but the tech
was unable to fix. Timmy clearly has the knowledge and skill to deliver! In the future, we shall request
that Timmy be our permanent technician for all our fireplace needs…and for any other type of work he is
certified to do!

I had a water leak to a system they had not installed. I knew they did similar installs and they should be
able to fix this issue. I called on a Sunday night and they were there Monday morning. Very prompt and

Super Competent and Efficient

Didn’t comment on problems because there have been none so far. Really pleased at not only the

I highly recommend High Mark! Chris was helpful, cheerful and FIXED the problem with my AC in a
timely manner. He even went above and beyond and helped me to set a tricky thermostat. I had tried
another local company and they literally told me that I just “ need to learn how to run a thermostat.” Then
charged me over $100 and didn’t even fix the problem. The problem was not the thermostat. I will
definitely continue to use this company and ask for Chris.

These people are awesome! They got our poor old stove in tip-top shape, had parts custome made for
us, outstanding customer service! Repair person Jacob is a credit to their business, on time, personable,

I had a problem with my heating pump and called High Mark at about 8:05 am. Chris the technician
called me back about 20 minutes later to let me know he was on his way. He arrived before 9:00am.
Chris was very knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed it. The heat pump works fine
now.

Furnace Install
We had a fast response to our request for a check up on a problem and they found the problem that next
day and ordered our new furnace. It was instilled quickly and carefully and is working great. I would
recommend High Mark to anyone for great service, friendly people, and good products.

Speedy furnace replacement
High Mark responded on a Saturday evening of Thanksgiving weekend. Our furnace was not working and
on its last legs. They installed a replacement Bryant furnace on Monday. Couldn’t have been more

Great service!!! These professionals quickly responded to my call for help! They accessed the situation
(not good) and scrambled to find and install a new A/C unit before we melted in our upstairs apartment
during a heatwave! We can’t thank them enough!!!

On the hottest day of this last summer, the A/C went out in our Highlands North Day Spa/Nail salon. It
was insufferable! High Mark got there faster than I dared hope, and they got it up and running quickly.
Both guys were friendly and easy to work with and I felt like they were really empathetic about our plight,
lol! I was impressed and really pleased with the whole experience. Thank you!!!!

I would highly recommend this company. The gentleman who came out to do our service on our central
heat and freestanding gas stove was so courteous and thorough. We are new to the area and I had never
had a gas furnace, humidifier, or freestanding stove and he took the time to explain all about them to us.
The office staff is friendly and helpful. We could not have had a nicer experience. Great company!
